Hi, I’m Janelle Arnold. I use a human-first approach to occupational therapy. I don’t believe in memorising products and condition flowcharts, instead I teach OT’s to be guided by their clients. This uniquely people-first approach has unlocked my creativity and that of my team, allowing us to create solutions that are future proof.
Janelle is an experienced Occupational Therapist who has experience across a wide range of OT settings.
She knows what it is like to go home worrying about a case load, feeling underwhelmed with her own impact, overwhelmed by lack of support… and feeling like all she did was fight red tape… and fill the gaps other allied health professions didn’t have ‘time’ for.
Janelle runs training programs for Occupational Therapists across Australia to level up their practice at The Kadia Lab. Her goal is to see Occupational Therapists everywhere feel supported in their work and feel empowered to make a real difference with their clients. She can’t wait to connect with you.
Janelle also runs her own clinic, Kadia Therapy in Melbourne and has won awards for Workplace Culture and Excellence.
